^You can request a refund of ATM fees assessed by us or other ATM operators. Five (5) ATM fee refunds may be submitted per calendar month, per deposit account. ATM fee refunds are limited to $3 per fee transaction. At any Columbia Bank branch, submit your ATM receipt or account statement showing the surcharges or ATM fees you've paid within the last 45 days, and we'll refund your account by the next day. You may also mail your receipts or account statements showing the ATM fees, along with your name, address and your account number to: Columbia Bank, Attention ATM Refund, P.O. Box 827 Salem, Oregon 97308. Fees not refundable under this Program include those incurred by Payroll Debit Cards, all International ATM surcharges or fees, or POS surcharges or fees. This offer may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.
